Professional DPF emulator designed for Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) machines equipped with D4H, D6H, and D8H engines.
This plug-and-play solution allows complete removal of the DPF system, ensuring reliable machine operation without downtime caused by aftertreatment system issues.

Excavators: EC140D – EC300D, EW140D – EW210D

Compact Wheel Loaders: L45G, L50G

Installation:
Installation is simple and not requires basic mechanical knowledge:

Disconnect the connector from the ACM control unit
Connect the emulator in place of the ACM
The emulator replaces both the ACM unit and the DPF system
The original control unit can be removed and stored
Remove the DPF filter (regeneration is disabled)
Disconnect the NOx sensor connector
