CATERPILLAR® CAT C4.4 ACERT SCR / DOC Emulator – Tier 4F (Plug & Play)

Professional SCR / DOC emulator designed for Caterpillar® machines equipped with C4.4 ACERT Tier 4 Final engines.

This plug-and-play solution enables full SCR / DOC system emulation and provides a reliable way to eliminate aftertreatment-related issues without the need for programming or learning procedures.

The device is manufactured in Europe using high-quality industrial components. Each unit is thoroughly tested and undergoes strict quality control before dispatch.

Additional Functionality:

The emulator supports the internal SCR system self-test managed by the engine ECM. As a result, engine torque reduction (idle speed limitation) is automatically disabled without the need for diagnostic tools.

After installation and engine warm-up, all related errors become inactive.

Installation:

Installation is straightforward and not requires basic technical knowledge:

  • Connect the emulator to the ACM control unit by replacing the original connector

  • Connect the emulator cable to the NOx sensor (replace original connector)
  • Connect the additional plug (included) to the second NOx sensor

  • Disconnect both connectors from the NH3 sensor

  • Disconnect the SCR / DEF tank

After installation, warm up the machine until all related errors become inactive.
