The device fully emulates the SCR / DEF / DPF system, ensuring reliable vehicle operation even when emission system components fail.

Each unit is manufactured in Europe using high-quality industrial components and undergoes strict quality control and testing before shipment.

Installation Overview

Installation is simple and the emulator automatically learns the vehicle VIN.

1. Turn off the ignition.
2. Locate the NOx sensor behind the catalyst and install the emulator in its place.
3. Turn the ignition ON – the emulator will start flashing rapidly and learn the VIN (about 20 seconds).
4. When the LED becomes steady, turn ignition OFF.
5. Remove the EAS fuses:
   • E24 (E706)
   • D26 (E443)
6. Disconnect the following sensors:
   • PM sensor
   • Exhaust temperature sensor
   • DEF tank sensor
   • DEF quality sensor
7. Turn ignition ON again.

If any error codes remain, they can be cleared using a diagnostic tool.
