DPF Emulator for Kubota® Corporation Engines

Professional solution designed to remove or deactivate the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) system on machines equipped with Kubota® engines.
The emulator replaces the operation of the DPF system electronically, allowing the engine to operate without DPF-related faults or warning lights.

The device is manufactured using industrial-grade electronic components, ensuring stable and reliable operation in demanding working environments.

Important Information

Since the emulator electronically replaces the DPF system:

• The DPF regeneration process is disabled.
• The machine will no longer comply with emission standards (Tier / Stage regulations).

Because regeneration will not occur, the DPF filter itself may eventually become clogged.

For this reason, it is recommended to:

• Physically remove the internal DPF filter, or
• Replace the muffler with a version without a DPF filter.
