NOx Sensor Emulator – DAF EURO 5 (XF105 / CF Series)

Professional NOx sensor emulator designed for DAF EURO 5 trucks.

This advanced device replaces both NOx sensors (upstream and downstream), ensuring proper operation of the SCR system without the need to replace original components.

Functionality:

The emulator simulates the operation of two NOx sensors:

• Upstream sensor (before catalyst – red wire)
• Downstream sensor (after catalyst – black wire)

It sends accurate PPM values to the engine control unit, allowing the SCR system to function normally and dose AdBlue® correctly.

Even in cases where the catalytic converter is damaged, clogged, or contaminated, the emulator ensures proper SCR system operation and prevents "high emissions" warnings.

The rest of the SCR system must remain operational.
