This easy-to-use device allows drivers and technicians to quickly perform essential diagnostic and maintenance functions without the need for a full diagnostic computer.

The tool is manufactured in Europe using high-quality components, and every unit undergoes strict testing and quality control before shipment.

It is designed specifically for Volvo USA and Mack trucks manufactured from 2014 onward.

Key Functions

The device allows the following operations:

• Clear DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes)
• Disable engine derate mode
• Reset DPF soot level
• Perform parked DPF regeneration

This makes it a very useful emergency tool for drivers experiencing aftertreatment system faults.

How to Use the Tool

Clearing DTCs / Disabling Derate / Resetting Soot Level

1. Turn the ignition ON.
2. Connect the tool to the HD OBD diagnostic connector of the truck.
3. The LED indicator will blink green while the tool clears all DTCs from vehicle systems.
4. When completed, the LED remains green.

Next stages:

• Blue LED – waiting stage for derate disable routine (leave the tool connected if needed).
• Red LED – waiting stage for DPF soot level reset (leave the tool connected if needed).

Once all selected routines are completed, the LED returns to green.

Performing Parked DPF Regeneration

1. Apply the parking brake.
2. Start the engine and let it idle until it reaches at least 180°F (82°C).
3. Connect the tool to the diagnostic connector.
4. The regeneration process will start automatically.

Regeneration time: 20–60 minutes, depending on DPF load.

The process can be stopped at any time by disconnecting the tool.
