Functionality:
The emulator replaces the ACM unit and simulates correct operation of the entire aftertreatment system by sending required signals to the engine control unit.
This prevents faults, warning messages, and engine performance limitations.
Installation Overview:
- Disable derate mode in the truck
- Perform service routine: DPF Ash Accumulator
- Disconnect the ACM unit connector
- Connect the emulator in its place

- Remove or drill through the DPF filter (regeneration is disabled)
The emulator fully replaces SCR / DEF / DPF system functionality.
