Functionality:
The emulator replaces the ACM unit and simulates correct operation of the entire aftertreatment system.
It supports both:
- SCR / DOC configurations
- SCR / DPF configurations
This ensures full compatibility with Stage IV and Stage V systems.
Installation Overview:
- Disconnect the ACM control unit
- Connect the emulator in its place (Plug & Play)
- If equipped with DPF – remove the filter (regeneration is disabled)
The emulator fully replaces SCR / DOC / DPF system functionality.
