SCR / DOC / DPF Emulator – Mercedes® Industrial Engines (Stage V | ACM3 | Plug & Play)

Professional Plug & Play emulator designed for Mercedes® industrial engines equipped with ACM3 control unit (Stage V).

This advanced solution fully replaces the SCR / DOC / DPF aftertreatment system, ensuring reliable operation and eliminating downtime caused by emission system failures.

Each unit is manufactured in Europe using premium industrial components and undergoes strict quality control before dispatch.

Emulated System Components:

  • NOx sensor (upstream & downstream)
  • Combined temperature sensor

  • Urea pump with pressure sensor
  • ACM3 control unit (ECU)

Applications:

Compatible with machines equipped with Mercedes® Stage V engines using ACM3 system, including:

  • Terex crushers with Mercedes engines
  • Dammann agricultural machines
  • Other industrial and agricultural equipment using Mercedes engines

Functionality:

The emulator replaces the ACM3 unit and simulates correct operation of the entire aftertreatment system.

It sends all required signals to the engine control unit, preventing faults, warnings, and engine performance limitations.


Installation Overview:

  1. Disconnect the ACM3 control unit
  2. Connect the emulator in its place (Plug & Play)

  1. If equipped with DPF – remove the filter (regeneration is disabled)

The emulator fully replaces SCR / DOC / DPF system functionality.
