Professional Plug & Play emulator designed for Liebherr wheel loaders equipped with D9xx A7 04 engines.
The device allows removal of the SCR and DOC aftertreatment systems, ensuring stable machine operation even when emission system components fail.

The emulator is manufactured using durable industrial-grade components and is fully waterproof for operation in demanding working environments.

Emulated SCR System Components

The emulator replaces the functionality of the following aftertreatment components:

• 3 × exhaust temperature sensors
• Urea (AdBlue® / DEF) pump
• NOx sensor upstream*
• NOx sensor downstream
• NH3 sensor
• Urea injector
• Urea level / quality sensor

⚠ In some machines the upstream NOx sensor may need to remain operational.

Special Function

The emulator supports the internal SCR system diagnostic test managed by the engine ECM.

As a result:
