Installation Overview
Installation is straightforward:
- Locate the EEC control unit in the machine.
- Disconnect the plug from the EEC module.
- Connect the emulator to the same connector.
- Remove the DPF filter, as regeneration will be disabled.
Once installed, the emulator replaces the entire SCR / DEF / DPF system.
A DPF reset can be performed using a diagnostic computer if necessary.
