Product Description

SCR / DPF Emulator – Scania® Industrial Engines (DOOSAN® Machines | ECU S8)

Professional SCR / DPF emulator designed for industrial machines equipped with Scania® engines, commonly used in equipment manufactured by Doosan and other heavy equipment brands.

Important:
This device works only with ECU S8.
Machines equipped with EMD1 ECU require a different emulator.

The emulator replaces the entire SCR / DEF / DPF aftertreatment system, ensuring reliable operation even when emission system components fail.

Each unit is manufactured in Europe using premium industrial components and undergoes strict testing and quality control before shipment.

Installation Overview

Installation is simple and quick:

  1. Locate the EEC control unit.
  2. Disconnect the plug from the EEC module.
  3. Connect the emulator to the EEC connector.
  4. Remove the DPF filter, because the regeneration process will be disabled.
