Product Description

SCR / DPF Emulator for Takeuchi® TL12V2/R2 with Kubota® V3800 Engines

Professional device designed to remove or disable the SCR and DPF aftertreatment systems in machines equipped with Kubota® V3800 engines.
The emulator replaces the operation of the emission system electronically, allowing the engine to operate without SCR or DPF related faults and warning lights.

The device is manufactured using industrial-grade components, ensuring stable and reliable operation in demanding working environments.

The emulator has been fully tested and provides stable operation.

Important Information

Because the emulator replaces the entire SCR / DPF system electronically:

• The emission control system becomes inactive.
• The machine will no longer comply with Euro / Tier emission standards.

Since the DPF regeneration process will no longer occur, the DPF filter may eventually become clogged.

For proper operation it is recommended to:

• Physically remove the internal DPF filter, or
• Replace the muffler with a version without a DPF filter.
