Professional DPF emulator designed for Volvo® Construction Equipment (Volvo® CE) machines equipped with high-capacity D11F and D13F engines.

This plug-and-play solution enables complete removal of the DPF system, ensuring reliable machine operation without downtime caused by aftertreatment system faults.

• Temperature sensors
• DPF differential pressure sensor
• ECU ACM

Installation:

Installation is simple and not requires basic mechanical knowledge:

• Disconnect the connector from the ACM control unit
• Connect the emulator in place of the ACM
• The emulator replaces both the ACM unit and the DPF system
• The original control unit can be removed and stored
• Remove the DPF filter (regeneration is disabled)
