Emulated Aftertreatment System Components:

Installation:

Installation is simple and requires basic mechanical knowledge:

• Connect the emulator in place of the ACM unit
• Disconnect the connector from the ACM and plug in the emulator
• Disconnect the NOx sensors
• Optionally disconnect the SCR tank and SCR injector
• Remove the DPF filter (regeneration is disabled and the filter may become clogged)

Resetting SCR and DPF errors using a diagnostic service tool is recommended, but not required if no fault codes are present.
