This advanced device fully emulates the SCR / DEF / DPF aftertreatment system, helping prevent downtime and engine derate caused by emission system failures.

Manufactured in Europe using premium industrial components, each unit undergoes strict testing and quality control before dispatch.

Installation Overview

⚠ Important: Before installing the emulator, ensure that the truck is not in derate mode.
Once the emulator is connected, disabling derate mode will no longer be possible.

The EAS4 control unit must remain electrically functional so the emulator can read the vehicle VIN during initialization.

The NOx sensor before the catalyst must be operational.

Installation Steps

1. Locate the NOx outlet sensor behind the catalyst.
2. Connect the emulator in place of the NOx outlet sensor.
3. Turn the ignition ON – the emulator LED will flash rapidly while learning the VIN.
4. When the LED becomes steady, turn the ignition OFF.
5. Remove the EAS ECU fuse:
   • Peterbilt® 579 / Kenworth® T680 – N11 fuse
   • Peterbilt® 389 – F6 fuse
6. Disconnect the following sensors:
   • PM sensor
   • DEF level / quality sensor
   • Exhaust temperature sensor
