Product Description

SCR / DPF Emulator – Scania® Engines (Doosan® Machines | ECU EMD1 / EME1)

Professional emulator designed for machines equipped with Scania® industrial engines, commonly used in equipment manufactured by Doosan®.

Important:
This device works only with ECU EMD1 or EME1.
Machines equipped with ECU S8 require a different emulator model.

The emulator replaces the complete SCR / DPF aftertreatment system, allowing machines to operate normally when emission system components fail.

The device is manufactured in Europe using high-quality industrial components. Each unit undergoes strict testing and quality control before shipment.

Installation Overview

The emulator connects to the EEC (SCR) control unit using the upper pink connector.

Connection procedure:

  1. Connect the black wire from the emulator to pin 4 on the EEC.
  2. Connect the green (or blue) wire from the emulator to pin 22 on the EEC.
  3. Connect the yellow (or brown) wire from the emulator to pin 19 on the EEC.
  4. Cut the wire going to pin 12 on the EEC and connect the wire leading to the installation to the red (or gray) wire from the emulator.
