Professional DPF emulator designed for Volvo® Construction Equipment (Volvo® CE) machines equipped with D4H, D6H, and D8H engines.
This plug-and-play solution allows complete removal of the DPF system, ensuring reliable machine operation without downtime caused by aftertreatment system issues.

Installation:
Installation is simple and not requires basic mechanical knowledge:
- Disconnect the connector from the ACM control unit
- Connect the emulator in place of the ACM
- The emulator replaces both the ACM unit and the DPF system
- The original control unit can be removed and stored
- Remove the DPF filter (regeneration is disabled)
- Disconnect the NOx sensor connector
