Professional SCR / DPF emulator designed for Volvo® Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) machines equipped with medium-duty engines.

This plug-and-play solution allows full emulation of the SCR/DEF/DPF system, ensuring reliable machine operation without downtime caused by aftertreatment system faults.

Installation:

Installation is simple and requires basic mechanical knowledge:

• Disconnect the ACM unit and connect the emulator in its place
• Disconnect NOx sensors
• Optionally disconnect SCR tank and injector
• Removal of the DPF filter is recommended (regeneration is disabled)
• Optional: reset SCR/DPF errors using a service tool
